After recovering from the injury that has kept him out of action for almost a month, Nigeria’s Super Eagles skipper Ahmed Musa is gradually working on his fitness.
The former Leicester City winger sustained the injury while representing his Turkish Super Lig side Sivasspor in a league match.
He has to undergo surgery to correct the injury and has been out of action in the last weeks.
It was the injury that kept him out of the international friendly between Nigeria’s Super Eagles and the Desert Foxes of Algeria in Oran.
He resumed personal training on Thursday morning when the rest of the Sivasspor squad are getting ready for the league clash against the champions Trabzonspor.
Musa worked with the team physiotherapist Faith Aydin and separately from the team.
