Ahead of the start of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the manager of the Canada national team Bev Priestman has declared the readiness of her team to make a huge impact.
Being an Olympic Games champion, Canada is considered one of the favourites to win this year’s competition.
Canada on Wednesday arrived in Australia and has settled down to start readiness for the competition will start in 20 days.
The team manager made it clear that they are aware of the importance of the games and are ready to give their best.
“Our team has been working so hard to get ready for the World Cup and we are ready to give our best and make our fans happy”, she said.
Canada will face Nigeria in the opening group game before taking on Australia and the Republic of Ireland later.
