After helping Akwa United with a resounding victory over Nasarawa United, the head coach of Akwa United Deji Ayeni has praised Cyril Olisema for his performance.
The lanky forward rejoined the team this season after having a short spell in the Libyan league
The Promise Keeper defeated host Nasarawa United 0-3 with Olisema scoring the 3rd goal in the game.
The coach praised him for his experience and resilience.
“He’s an experienced player and he has international exposure and you cannot buy it, he was tired during the game but I refused to substitute him because his presence is a very good addition to the team”, he said.
