Ahead of the quarter-final of the CAF Confederation Cup, the African Soccer governing body has opened an avenue for the participating team to register new players.
Rivers United is among the clubs that will partake in the quarter-final game slated to kick off this weekend across the continent.
The Nigerian side reached the final 8 after securing a 2-1 win over Dream FC of Ghana in Uyo on the final day.
According to CAF, clubs are expected to register new players or replace the players who have departed the club.
The Pride of Rivers will host USM Algiers in the first leg of the competition before playing the reverse fixture in Algiers a week later.
