Due to their engagement in the CAF Confederation Cup, the Pride of Rivers have 5 outstanding in the domestic scenes.
” We will take the matches one after the other, every match is very important.
We know that our position is down the log, so we have to do something positive to get up there.
” This is just what we are doing, I just hope the boys don’t get distracted but remain focused until we get up there.
All we want to do is get up there, it is very possible and we can’t accept a different story.
” The players deserve some rest because they are human beings.
We need to do squad rotation and bring in fresh legs to provide pace and strength”, he said.
Rivers United are currently 13th in the standing with 40 points from 26 games, 17 points adrift of Rangers who are in pole position.
