He has always been on ground to show his support for the Oluyole Warriors since Matchday one of the ongoing season.
He adds flavour to the atmosphere with his presence and unique style of support for the Ibadan soccer lords.
Everyone calls him the Shooting Stars mascot and that is how he wished to be addressed and called, hence, his real identity remained hidden.
Unknown to many, the Shooting Stars mascot who hails from Cross Rivers State, is in Ibadan for his one year service as a youth Corp member.
Born on April the 11th, the 3SC mascot added a year to his years on earth this Thursday, April 11th, 2024, hence, he got the attention of the Shooting Stars Media.
In a very short but lively conversation, the quiet 3SC mascot, who also said that he nurses the dream of playing the round leather game, revealed why he chose to back the Ibadan based side, despite hailing from the South Eastern part of the country.
“My love and interest for the club, which I like and prefer to address as Oluyole Warriors, started around 2019 and this was made possible by the Media presence of the club on the social media.
“I was so much impressed by the way the club’s media platform was always busy sharing information about the activities of the team on Twitter, facebook and the clear images posted.
“I was only following the club on the social media but when I was eventually posted here for my service, I was so excited that I will see my Oluyole Warriors physically.
“I’m so happy with what I have seen so far, the beautiful stadium (Lekan Salami Stadium), the club, the players, coaches and the managers as well as the supporters and fans.
“The reception and recognition given me have been so massive and I can say that I don’t regret falling in love with the Oluyole Warriors
“I hope and pray that the club will secure a continental ticket at the end of the season”.
